*NOTE*

When speaking with an NPC to increase your Social Link level, be sure to have the matching Persona in your inventory (does not need to be equipped), and give the best answer for each question in order to max out on points. Having the matching Persona in your inventory will net you a 50% increase to points gained. Follow this guide to max out your Social Links, Academics, Courage, and Charm as early as possible.

*TIPS* (Start by doing these steps instead of anything else)

1. Only go to the restaurant during NPC Social Link events.

2. Donate 1000 Yen to the shrine everyday to increase Academics (can be difficult in the beginning due to low money, just visit Tartarus longer until you earn enough $$ to do so)

3. Spend the nights in this order:

-Go to Karaoke every night and study before going to bed (Karaoke will increase Courage while studying will increase Academics). Go to Tartarus on Fridays and Saturdays (as Karaoke is not available on these days) or go to have coffee and study. If you’re tired on Friday or Sunday, just have coffee and go to bed without studying.

-After Courage is maxed out, go have coffee every night and study before bed (having coffee will increase Charm). Do this until Charm is maxed out.

-When both Charm and Courage are maxed out, go to do Tower Social Link at night and study until Tower is maxed out.

-When Tower is maxed out; just study every night until Academics is maxed out.

4. Spend after-school time in the following order:

-After school, talk to the student at the front of the classroom to open up a map. Head to the shrine and donate 1000 yen.

-After donating yen, if you’re tired or sick, go to school and see the doctor. Drink his potion to increase Courage (if it’s not already maxed out). The potion won’t heal you, but if you visit the restroom after drinking it, there is a chance your condition will improve to normal.

- Proceed to carry out the Social Link (make sure to have the matching persona with you to get the bonus and answer all the questions with the highest point value)

*NOTE* to max out your courage, you need 80 points. Each Karaoke visit will give you 2 points and each time you take medicine from the doctor you will get 2 points. If you do Karaoke every Sun-Thurs you will gain 70 points. Watch the movies on 4/21 and 4/26 to gain another 8 points of Courage. Then add in a visit from to the doctor and you will obtain all 80 points needed before 6/19 (the date it needs to be maxed by in order to obtain a Social Link). If you’re not tired/sick, you gain become tired/sick by heading to Tartarus and staying there until you become so, studying will cause tiredness, Donating at the shrine (5000 yen) will also make you tired although it’s a rare occasion.

-Charm must be at level 4 by 8/2 in order to start the Devil Social Link

-Charm must be at level 6 by 9/3 in order to start the Lovers Social Link

-Academics must be at level 2 by 5/29 in order to start the Temperance Social Link

-Academics must be at level 6 by 10/12 in order to excel in the third exam

(To excel in the first exam your academics must be at level 3 and at level 5 to excel at the second exam)

-Academics must be at level 6 by 11/20 in order to start the Empress Social Link

Fool - no matching persona is needed (level up is automatic)

Magician - Before 4/30 (Nekomata~LV5~ = Pixie + Apsara)

Priestess - After rank 2 (pick up Apsara in level 1 of Tartarus)

Empress - After rank 2 (LV 33 Leanan Sidhe = Nigimitama + Gurr)

Emperor - No matching Persona needed (LV7 Forneus = Pixie + Aramitama) *NOTE* This social link does not require a Persona but if you want to have one, then bring Forneus LV7.

Hierophant - After Rank 5 (LV7 Omoikane = Nekomata + Apsara)

Lover - After Rank 2 (LV2 Pixie = picked up in Level 1 Tartarus)

Chariot - Before 5/6 conversation (LV6 Aramitama = Pixie + Angel)

Justice - After Rank 2 (LV4 Angel = picked up in level 1 Tartarus)

Hermit - After Rank 3 (LV9 Yomotsu Shikome = Aramitama + Angel)

When you can free roam in Tartarus remember:

1. You can climb to floor 16

2. Make sure to level up and obtain enough Personae to create a LV5 Nekomata (before 4/30) and a LV 6 Aramitama (before 5/6). Compendium will be accessible after 5/9.

3. Level up in second area to obtain LV13 Valkyrie before 5/27.

4. Obtain an Odd Morsel (and do not use) from Tartarus. Keep it in your inventory for a Social Link creation later in the game.

5. Purchase a Mad Bull from the dorm vending machine and a box of Takoyaki from the train station near the dorm. Keep these in your inventory until later in the game for another Social Link creation later in the game.

*TIPS*

Remember to ALWAYS carry a matching Persona (if required) when speaking to NPC for max points in the Social Link.
